To restore the operation of all power units of the Rostov NPP, Trak - Service specialists organized the delivery of a backup transformer from the Balakovo NPP to the Rostov NPP in the shortest possible time.

Transport dimensions of the transformer were 12.3 x 3.7 x 5.1 m, Weight more than 280 tons.

In view of the large weight of the transformer and the short transportation time, it was decided to deliver this cargo on a railway conveyor with 28 wheelsets.
