In September-November 2020, maleic anhydride Synthesis Reactors were transported on the Rotterdam - Almetyevsk route. To transport this equipment, several technical solutions were applied, which made it possible to carry out transportation on road trains in the configuration of a 24-axis one-and-a-half-line road train, as well as to transfer from water transport to road transport without involving crane equipment (modernization of lodgments, use of a specialized frame for load distribution).

Transportation by road across the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan was carried out simultaneously by two road trains, which made it possible to coordinate a one-time shutdown of the overhead transmission line with the infrastructure owners.

In preparation for transportation, a huge amount of work has been carried out to modernize the route and prepare the infrastructure to ensure safe guaranteed passage of road trains with cargo.

The dimensions of the road train reached: Length 61m, Width 7.0 m, Height 8.38 m. Weight of the road train: 559t.
